Select the Right HL06-003 Configuration

HL06-003 is a different model from the 118ml cup previously described here. Use its Ø104mm body drawing and measured capacity when approving the single-serving configuration.

Catalog dimensions: body approximately Ø104 × 65.3 mm; lid Ø107.5 × 8.7 mm. Component weights: body 16.9g; lid 6.3g. Request the current drawing and matching closure specification before equipment setup.

PP body and lid support IML; a tamper-evident feature is listed. Capacity entries of 310, 362 and 365ml need clarification. Use the HL06-003 drawing and measured sample for the intended portion.

Request the model-specific dieline and available decoration areas. Supply final logos, colours, text, barcode and variable-code requirements.

Confirm quantities by design and approve colour, registration and legibility on decorated samples. Record the final artwork revision for repeat orders.

Agree the recipe, closing method and distribution conditions. Assess the filled pack for seal integrity, opening and product quality; establish shelf life for the food and package together.

Specify any hot-fill, HPP, microwave, dishwasher or repeated-use requirement separately and request applicable evidence for the chosen configuration. Ask for food-contact documentation matching the material, contents and intended use.

Catalog loading references: 122,000 sets per 20GP and 311,000 per 40HQ; confirm final packing.

Confirm component pieces per carton, carton dimensions, net/gross weight and pallet arrangement. State whether quantities cover bodies, lids or complete sets. MOQ and production timing should be quoted for the agreed specification and artwork count.

Approve the Portion and Filling-Line Fit

Choose the portion around the yogurt recipe, toppings and intended eating method. Test spoon access and clearance beneath the lid, then confirm the label net weight from a fill trial.

Use the actual yogurt or dessert recipe to confirm portion weight, fill height and closing method. Small changes in the rim or lid can affect equipment compatibility.

  • Check denesting, cup support and filling-nozzle clearance.
  • Trial viscosity, fill temperature and headspace.
  • Validate the lid or sealing system on the intended line.

From Sample Approval to Bulk Supply

  1. Drawing: confirm the model, rim, nesting and matching closure.
  2. Trial: Agree the recipe, closing method and distribution conditions. Assess the filled pack for seal integrity, opening and product quality; establish shelf life for the food and package together.
  3. Artwork: approve the dieline, colours, barcode area and final file revision.
  4. Supply: agree quantities by design, carton counts, dimensions and delivery timing.

For a quotation, send the model or required size, target fill, process conditions, quantity, artwork count and destination.

Is a snap-on lid the same as a hermetic seal?

No. Specify any membrane, liner or required seal performance separately and validate the complete filled pack. A first-opening feature and a hermetic barrier serve different purposes.

Can I use the listed size to set up equipment?

Use the current drawing and component samples. Confirm rim, nesting, clearance and tolerances, then test filling and closure application on the actual equipment.

Can I order custom body and lid artwork?

Check the decoration areas offered for the selected model. Request the correct dielines and approve colours, layout and a physical sample before production.

Can I convert the cup volume directly into grams of yogurt?

No. The weight depends on recipe density and required headspace. Verify the net portion with the actual formulation and closure.

How do I approve samples for production?

Confirm the current drawing and material, then test the actual fill, closure and distribution conditions. Approve a decorated sample and record the specification and artwork revisions before production.

What should I include in a quotation request?

Provide HL06-003, quantity by design, intended contents and fill, closure and process requirements, delivery destination and timing. Ask for MOQ, sample arrangements, production schedule and confirmed carton data.
